Eligibility for Return:
You may return your purchase within 15 days of receiving the item.
The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
The original tag must be attached to the item.

Requesting a Return:
To initiate a return request, please email us at sales@thetransplantstore.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number in the email.
In your email, provide a specific reason for your return. We value your feedback, and understanding your reasons helps us improve our products and services.

Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund in the form of store credit.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.
